INTEGRITY

When Arthur Gordon, author of the book TOUCH OF WONDER,was asked to give the commencement address at a nearby college, it was suggested that he give the students a foolproof formula for success.
It was jokingly said, but the more he thought about it the more convinced he became that there was a foolproof formula for success. In his book he makes the following observations.

INTEGRITY: Basically, the word means wholeness. In mathematics, integer is a number that isn't divided into fractions. Just so, a man of integrity isn't divided against himself. He doesn't think one thing and say another. So it's virtually impossible for him to lie. He doesn't believe in one thing, and do another-so he's not in conflict with his own principles. It's the absence of inner warfare, I'm convinced, that gives a man the extra energy and clarity of thought that makes achievement inevitable.

I recommend Arthur Gordon's book without reservations. It should be in every library.
